Q:Can I receive claim forms on-line, or only thru the mail. My Cobra took a while to kick in, and I had to pay for my Rx. I was told to obtain a claim form for those RX that my Cobra has not covered and I would be reimbursed retro.
A:Since COBRA is not an insurance company; it is a Federal Law, you would have to get your claims information/forms from the actual insurance company that you are currently under. Your COBRA coverage should be a continuation of the exact same insurance that you had with your past employer.
