Q:  I need to get a prescription refilled now, and although it's 4 weeks since I left my employer I still haven't received the COBRA info or application or bill or whatever. Who do I contact to get reimbursed later - my health plan, or COBRA?

A:   You would need to submit your receipts to the insurance company that pays your claims.  There should be a phone number on the back of your insurance ID card to call.  They will inform you of their claims and reimbursement procedures and provide you with an address to submit your receipts.
