Q: I am enrolling on my husband's insurance because I know my insurance with you all is expiring on Jan. 29th 2008. Can I please get a cancellation notice?

A:  Your previous employer should send you a “Notice of Termination or Cancellation of Health Benefits” letter.  This letter will state that your COBRA coverage has ended.  You will then receive a Certificate of Creditable Coverage for the time you were on COBRA continuation.  You need to contact your previous employer and let them know that you waiting for this certificate.
