Q:  I need to find out if my partner's Cobra insurance forms have been received.  We have submitted the paperwork and have not heard back.

A:  You can contact your previous employer's Benefits Manager in the HR Department or their plan administrator for status of your COBRA continuation.  You can also call your insurance company, their phone number is on your insurance ID card, they will be able to confirm you COBRA activation.
