Q: Former employer has falsified the date of employment and termination on COBRA insurance letter. Is there any legal action that I can take against them?

A: The US Department of Labor regulates the COBRA laws.  They will be able to assist you with any problems you have with your former employer.  You can reach them at 1-866-487-2365 or online at www.dol.gov
