Q:My former employer never got my insurance forms turned it for enrollment of the insurance they offered. Since then I have gave notice and now my employer wants me to sign a statement saying that I refuse COBRA. I have refused to sign anything regarding any insurance but don't know my rights regarding this situation. Can you help?
