Q: Is it possible to roll my 401K into a HSA account in order to cover the expense of my cobra premiums? Regardless of that, I'll need to begin the plan so who do I pay?

A: You will need to contact your employer or your 401k administrator.  They will provide you with the guidelines and the rules related to your 401k plan.

When you sign up for COBRA you would mail your premiums to the previous employer or their 3rd party COBRA plan administrator.
