Does this time period qualify to meet the definition of "continuous coverage"? Or can there not even be one day's lapse to meet the definition of "continuous coverage"?
A: Your premium payments to COBRA are usually for 30 days of coverage. You have the right to cancel your COBRA coverage at any time. You may want to contact your employer or their plan administrator to see if they can bill you for only the days you need the COBRA coverage.
