Q: I will be getting new insurance through my new employer. Can I still pay for my COBRA coverage to have as a secondary insurance?

A:  You can not be able to use COBRA as a secondary insurance. A person can not have COBRA and other insurance at the same time unless the other insurance does not offer benefits that the COBRA coverage provides.
