Q: We live in North Carolina right now and my husband is getting out of the Marine Corps in July and we are moving back to Ohio. We just found out that we are pregnant and due October 14th 2008. Will we be able to get covered under COBRA?

A: Military employees their spouse and dependents are covered under a similar law to COBRA.  You will need to contact the US Office of Personnel Management regarding continuation coverage after you leave the military.  Their phone number is 202-606-1800 or you can go to their website at www.opm.gov/insure.
