Q:  My spouse is part time, works six hours five days a week has no benefits. Is he able to qualify for COBRA insurance? Less than 20 employees he is 22 years old if he does not qualify for COBRA insurance where can he get full coverage for a good price?

A: COBRA is a federal law, not an insurance company.  An employer with more than 20 employees is required to offer continuation of their group benefits when a qualifying event occurs.  Based on the information you gave us, your spouse would not be eligible for COBRA continuation coverage.  We have affordable health plans available Click Here for more information.
