Q: I received info on CORBA. I have misplaced that info and was wondering what can be done to get insurance form my family?

 

A:  You will need to contact your previous employer and request duplicate paperwork.  If your previous employer hired a COBRA plan administrator, you maybe able to sign up by phone or website.
